How we compare

Four other shop inventory systems, side by side with ours.

Prices and features come from each vendor's own public pages, checked September 26, 2026. “Not listed” means their pages don't mention it, not that they can't do it.

Where they're ahead of us

  • Quantum MX and AvPro fill out the FAA Form 8130-3 itself. We store and track the certificate that came with the part.
  • AvPro has full accounting built in. We connect to QuickBooks Online instead.
  • WinAir and CORRIDOR support electronic signatures on records. We don’t yet.
  • CORRIDOR connects to ILS for sourcing parts you don’t stock.
  • All four have years of shops using them. We’re new, and we’d rather say so.

Where we're ahead

  • Photograph a label and the part number, serial and manufacturer come back filled in. Up to 30 photos in one batch.
  • The lowest starting price here, published, with a trial you start yourself.
  • One flat price per shop, whatever the team size (AvPro charges per user).
  • A companion phone app on the same stock as the web app.

Tracking an aircraft's maintenance instead?

CAMP Systems, Traxxall and FlightDocs do a different job: due lists, AD and service bulletin compliance, and logbooks for aircraft owners and operators, usually priced per aircraft. We run a shop's parts room. If your job is keeping a fleet airworthy, they're built for it and we aren't.
